Who owns the public space?
In the centre of the bilingual city of Biel, over 5000 m2 of asphalt is spread out. The rectangular, light grey surface is both criticised and praised for its emptiness. Through its story, we learn the fate of a city caught between crisis and new beginnings. A choral piece about urban development and zeitgeist in constant flux.
